Founded in accordance with the French Law of July 1, 1901, and the Decree of August 16, 1901, DES MOTS ET MERVEILLES was established specifically to bridge this accessibility divide. Operating from the Place de la Mairie in Vion, our association unites educators, retired librarians, parents, and civic-minded volunteers who share an unwavering conviction: literacy is not a luxury or a competitive credential, but the cornerstone of participatory democracy, individual dignity, and collective empathy.
