The association functions under a democratic governance model where all executive officers (President, Secretary General, Treasurer) exercise their responsibilities on an unremunerated, benevolent basis. No member of the administrative bureau or general assembly receives compensation, dividends, equity benefits, or commercial royalties.
In accordance with our statutory obligations: "All membership fees and dues are fully reinvested in the association's public interest missions."
